It's been difficult to figure out what I'm eating most of the time, and I'm not kidding! I've been trying to eat at smaller places that are more cultural. In fact I was just smelling my hands wondering what that smell was and I'm realizing it's the smell of the fried tofu balls I had last night at a little dim sum shop.

Here's a quick video of the Hong Kong skyline during the day. I can't embed HD video, but if you head over to Vimeo and play the video you'll see it in HD. This video was taken near the Star Ferry pier in Kowloon (north side of Hong Kong island across the bay). The really big building that I had to pan up for is the Two-IFC tower. I love cities that are built where mountains come right up to the water...amazing!

From San Diego to Hong Kong for $300 - you can't beat that! I flew from San Diego to Vancouver 2 days ago and stayed a night in Vancouver, checked out the city a bit, tried to get an Indian visa and then continued on my 13 hour flight to Hong Kong.
